Refunds

At Abid Kesar Mahal, we ensure premium quality products. Due to the nature of consumable goods, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

Returns:
We only accept returns in case of:

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Wrong item delivered

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video).

Refunds:

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products

  • Perishable goods (unless damaged on arrival)

Cancellation:
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
