Refunds

Customers can request a return or refund within 7 business days from the date of purchase. This ensures ample time for customers to assess their purchases and initiate returns if necessary. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 5 business days. Once approved it may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account


Refund processing: We ensure quality product and expect quality returns. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Returns Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Perishable goods such as dry fruits are exempt from being returned.

Returns Process:

  2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and the return shipping address.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 Business days.

Exchanges:

Shipping Costs:
